Marketplace Services

For Sellers

• Provide accurate descriptions and images of products
• Display prices in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS)
• Fulfill orders and handle disputes professionally
• Prohibited: counterfeit goods, illegal substances, weapons, stolen property

For Buyers

• Pay for items as described in listings
• Review seller ratings before purchasing
• Report fraudulent activity immediately

Job Services

• Employers must post genuine job opportunities
• Job postings must comply with Tanzanian labor laws
• Discrimination is strictly prohibited
• PostPata does not guarantee employment outcomes

Property Services

• Property owners must have legitimate authorization
• Listings must accurately represent properties
• Prices must be clearly stated in TZS
• PostPata is not responsible for property disputes

Token System & Payments

• PostPata uses tokens for premium features
• Payment via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money
• Token purchases are non-refundable
• Prices may change with notice

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users
• Money laundering or illegal activities
• Fake accounts or impersonation
• Hacking or interfering with platform operations
• Violating intellectual property rights

Limitation of Liability

PostPata acts as a platform connecting users and does not participate in transactions. We are not liable for the quality or legality of items listed, disputes between users, or any damages arising from platform use.
