Reporting

How to report a problem

Every listing, profile, and message has a Report button. Use it whenever you see something suspicious or unsafe.

Tap the ⋯ menu on any listing or profile and select 'Report'.
Choose the reason: Scam, Fake listing, Harassment, Prohibited goods, or Other.
Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Confirmed violations result in content removal or account suspension.

For physical transactions, meet in public places during daylight hours.

Use in-app messaging

Keep all communication inside PostPata — it's monitored for safety and provides a dispute trail.

Never share your PIN

PostPata will never ask for your mobile money PIN or account password.
